Recently visited during the holiday season and the customer service skills from one young man were extraordinary!! I believe his name was Shawn, super friendly and hospitable!! Made sure my order was correct and was so kind when I pulled up ! My drink was made correctly and the speed was pretty efficient as well!! I didn’t order food but some of it looked / smelled tasty ! Way to go Baristas !! Shawn keep rocking that customer care stat!!
I had such a warm and friendly man this morning that took my order. I had a rough morning and he seriously turned my morning completely around. He is fantastic- please somehow acknowledge him… he deserves a praise for his communication to costumers and friendliness. He was great!
Grabbing an iced matcha latte once a week has become a ritual for me. All of the staff are a incredibly nice and they always get my order just right 😊 Once you become a regular they really know how to put a smile on your face!

Jan 11th after 8pm. 2 of your employees were playing around in the speaker while taking customer orders. They were laughing and pretending that the speaker wasn't working properly. One of the employees was blowing in the headset while the other was giggling stating that there was a "glitch" in their system. We could clearly hear what was going on. Super childish. We came with a family of 4 and don't appreciate our time being wasted as well as "adults" playing around our food.
