Starbucks Coffee Company

My husband got me a drink from this location. He ordered and paid for extra cream foam but the cup was only filled halfway. He raised the issue twice with the staff but they refused to remake the drink saying that "this is the right portion." I have ordered the same drink many times including at this location and have NEVER received it filled only half way. It is really disappointing to pay for something and not receive what was expected especially when the concerend was brought up politely more than once. I hope the store takes the feedback seriously and works on improving service quality moving forward.

New Starbucks standards. 4 PM , fully staffed but the doors are locked. Employees looking at me like I'm crazy for attempting to get in.

I just ordered a sugar cookie latte and three bakery items for my son and I. When I went and picked them up the lady Kel was so accommodating and nice asking if I wanted a bag for my food items. When I said sure- she packed the bag for me and I took my coffee. When I walked outside I realized my coffee was made wrong- no sugar cookie flavor 😞 I felt bad coming back but I had extra shots and protein milk so this latte was over 10.00 and I wanted it to taste good. I told her my issue and apologized and she insisted it was no problem at all and said she wanted me to have the correct drink. She remade it super quickly and made sure it was right! I appreciate her awesome enthusiasm and energy! Her customer service was next level! Thank you Kel for being AWESOME ☺️

Since the renovation, great service, great facility. The AM manager does a fantastic job w his team. The team is professional, friendly, and accommodating. The place runs like clockwork.

Not sure who made my beverage tonight at approx 745pm (a grande iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso) but you need to know, it's literally the best drink from ANY Starbucks in years. You made my night! Thank you very much!
