1) they can hardly hear you when you’re ordering and are asked to repeat yourself multiple times. 2) I asked for my drink with room because I don’t like my coffee too milky. 3) they charged me FULL PRICE for a half full grande. I said with room… not half empty!!! No sips were taken out of this. I need my money back.

My husband just brought me an iced espresso while at work. There was a hole on the side of the lid and it spilled all over me!! Now I have to clock out, go home and change. So not happy! :( :(

Ordered ahead and when I arrived order was not ready, once I got my order, my coffee was ice cold that I even thought they gave me the wrong drink, I told them and they said they would remake then continued to make other drive thru drinks before mine. No smiles and all 4 employees looked behind stressed. Horrible service and my coffee was a venti and see picture to see how much I got!

I’ve been going to Starbucks my whole life, and the staff make this location truly great. One of the workers, Davey, always gives excellent service and positivity. Favorite location.

Our barista Davey M. was really patient and friendly with us. The people in my car changed our order a few times even as we were being served and he was very helpful and kind. Halfway through the order, I decided I still wanted dragonfruit inclusions in my dragon drink 😅 He said “No problem!” and quickly added them back in, and he also remade my cousins drink because she decided she wanted a decaf coffee instead of one with espresso shots. So awesome!! This is the kind of person that I personally love to interact with, especially in customer service. Even so late at night, he was very personable and even made us laugh a few times. Thank you Davey!! :)
