Starbucks Coffee Company

Everyone is so nice. The drinks are made beautifully every single time. Genuinely nice. I order the Venti Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, made with protein milk, extra whip in the bottom, drizzle in the cup and protein cold foam on top... MAGNIFICENT!

Recently, this Starbucks is not making my drinks how I’ve been asking them too. Seems like they are skimping on extra syrup if you ask for it or too lazy to make the drink as requested. In the past I’ve always loved this Starbucks location. I’m hoping in writing this review someone talks to the staff about attention to detail and they start making drinks like they used to or I will be changing locations.

My drink was completely spilling out of the lid when they gave it to me with no attempt to clean the cup up a bit

The three employees working tonight at 6pm-ish were very disrespectful. My boyfriend asked if there was any pumpkin flavor, the cashier was not attentive and one of the women in the back yelled NO. We were not talking to anyone but the cashier, who answered us just fine. That immediately was rude. Another employee walked out from the back and was interrupting us ordering by trying to have an off topic work conversation, which had the cashier even less attentive. Because of the cashier not paying attention and asking us twice what he wanted, it was still incorrect. He ordered a cafe mocha with an extra shot and got a triple mocha. Unacceptable behavior from these disrespectful employees, and I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The cup was 2/3 full and the fact I asked for drizzle on the side of the cup shows they didnt even try!
