I ordered and iced caramel macchiato. Why are we rationing on the caramel syrup??? The whole thing tasted like straight milk. Never in my years of being a customer of starbucks has this happened to me. Matter of fact clearly we are rationing on the espresso too since it tasted like straight milk. If we are at the point of $6 iced macchiato it better be right. Side note the place itself was cutesy but clearly we need to work on getting our recipes right. Im not upset just disappointed. Do better.

The caramel macchiato was SO disgusting. Absolutely disgusting and tasted like actual dirt and expired milk. Service took 20-30 minutes for a HOT COCOA and it was entirely unsweetened unlike what was asked. Banana loaf is good as usual but that’s because it just needs to be warmed up. This place is slow, the drinks are disgusting, and it’s completely packed.

Coffee always tastes great. The baristas do an amazing job, and they always make me feel welcome even when I’m rushing to work. Found a strawberry on my matcha with cold foam and it made my day. Thank you ❤️

The Starbucks in Pompton Lakes NJ is pulling a new low, now if you place an order for a latte with oat milk where the drink also comes with whipped cream and topping, they exclude the whipped cream and crème brûlée topping. That’s totally unacceptable as I pay big money for these overpriced drinks. I won’t be returning anymore if this is the new norm, and I encourage others not to come here either anymore.

Went into Starbucks for a coffee had a simple request Oscar was more than accommodating. He was very friendly professional and smiling at all times. I even spoke to the manager she was friendly, smiling, and professional as well. I give a five stars ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ to Starbucks in Pompton Lakes. Love the Atmosphere & the welcoming Vibe.
