Starbucks Coffee Company

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this Starbucks. I ordered three drinks and clearly informed the cashier of a serious food allergy. Two of the three drinks were made incorrectly. One of those mistakes was especially serious because the drink was contaminated with an allergen I had explicitly disclosed. Another drink was supposed to have cream, but instead the manager, Maeve, opened the drink and poured regular milk into it rather than remaking it properly. At that point, I no longer felt safe consuming any of the drinks. I spent $18 and left unable to safely drink what I ordered, which was extremely upsetting. I was visibly distressed and left the store crying. On top of this, I waited about 40 minutes while the manager appeared more focused on micromanaging employees

After a long trip the mall, me and my daughter wanted to try out a new drink at starbucks! Zak (Zack?) made my Starbucks experience great. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was exactly right. Great service all around!

Sunday morning before a walk, I can count on SB Watt Ave, to be open and always cheerful! And they are ready for the holidays; see my pics. Didn’t have to wait for the coffee; served after paying and minutes later our pre-heated bakery order arrived. I didn’t have to ask to warm up the danish. Notice the “Bl” the waitress marked to distinguish the 2 coffees 👈🏽good service.

Loved it here. Customer service was great. Kids got attention from workers and they responded to all their questions. Got our drinks pretty fast and they were exactly the way we wanted. All together - good experience ❤

This location sucks. I always have a horrible experience. I don’t even know why I give them so many chances. You’d think that they would actually make drinks correctly but I guess that’s not what they do here. I ordered my drink with the cashier. Caramel Brûlée Latte, 2 pumps only, oat milk to the middle line, with extra ice. When the barista was making my drink, I noticed he put the oat milk WAY above the middle line. I told the barista that I wanted the oat milk to the middle line with extra ice. I APOLOGIZED and I said that the cashier knew so I thought it was on the sticker. So he remade it and looked annoyed. He still made it incorrectly and put too much milk once again. So I went to my car and called customer service and I got a refund. Such a disappointing experience. They won’t be
