I love this location, always always great customer service! And I love the notes they write on the food/drinks. The only thing, I wish they would ask for my rewards so I don’t forget to get my points!

I have never left a review but I really thought I should in hopes that a higher up can read about this and take action. I’ve been to this location a few times and there is a manager here named Kim that without a doubt has always provided me a negative experience but not only that I have noticed that she speaks to her employees in such a negative and unprofessional manner. Recently, I saw her get in a younger employees face. Kim is visibly perhaps in her 30’s or 40’s and the employee she was going after looked young. I’m very concerned since there were clearly guests in the store when this occurred. It made me wonder how she treats employees when no one else is around. I hope someone can read this and reevaluate her position as a leader.

Employees were helpful and friendly in my ordering experience. My tall latte was not good. The milk was too hot and clearly on the scorched side, the latte was very bubbly and not smooth.

This is my brothers favorite SB in town. Why he likes it? That is his business. I like it cuz The Workers rock and roll. They know their business and they do their business. It is no easy thing to do. The store is welcoming. Clean. Ready to rumble. Some of the other stores could use a lesson by observing or working here. Joe Bob sez, "'nuff said."

Coffee was good as always but the lack of customer service from the barista was disappointing. She didn't look at me at all and seem preoccupied/apathetic the whole time she took my order and apparently didn't fully hear me because she got my name wrong
