Starbucks Coffee Company

I am not a frequent customer but as of late thanks to gift cards and my love of peppermint mochas I have been visiting. Ever since this location did an upgrade to its space, the environment has done a 180 degree turn. The staff are warm, friendly and down right sweet. This morning one young lady asked for the correct spelling of my name. I am not the one that gets hung up on those things but I thought it was such a sweet gesture. Another barista greeted me and asked how my day was going and we had a lovely quick chat while he was preparing an order. I will definitely be coming more often, gift card or not. Food good, service outstanding. It is an absolute treat to spend my money here.

It's always freezing in this store, winter or summer. A thick jacket is always required in store all around the year. In winters, this store is colder than outside. Cannot sit for longer than 5 minutes in this freezing store. There is no such thing as heating. Either it is broken or its the company policy.

I had a very upsetting experience at this Starbucks location. The service felt racially motivated and extremely unprofessional. When my boyfriend politely asked to upsize his drink, the baristas a white girl with a bow and a Black girl with a ponytail reacted with unnecessary attitude. One of them even threw the straw at him instead of handing it respectfully. This type of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a company that claims to value inclusivity and respect. We left feeling uncomfortable and disrespected. Management should be aware and address how their staff are treating customers, because no one should be made to feel this way.

I have never been to a Starbucks where there has been only one person working. I just need to commend whoever she was cause she was taking orders heating food and making coffee all on her own and she deserves some recognition for it!

One of the best Starbucks cafe’s near me. My order is always ready on time and flawlessly made. I’ve been studying at the cafe in the evenings and every interaction I’ve had with the baristas has been exceptional. Sam and DD, specifically, have gone above and beyond to make every customer feel valued and respected. The renovation is lovely and has elevated the cafe completely. 10/10.
