Incredibly disappointed in the girl barista who was working night of 12/13/2023. Got a grande hot drink and specifically asked for it to be extra hot.. not only did i get a luke warm drink it was missing 1/3 of the drink. If i wanted a tall i would have ordered a tall… when we came up to ask her to fix this she was very reluctant

Placed an online order 15 minutes prior to picking up. Young lady came to the window and asked me which sandwich I ordered. I asked her if she saw my name and order for pick up and she confirmed. I was not happy waiting and since I ordered ahead.i was in a hurry to get to work. The sandwich looked like it was just tossed in a bag and she had no customer service at all, didn't even apologize for the mix up or me having to wait.

My daughter was anxious and excited to try the new strawberry tea. We brought our own cup( to save the environment and 10 cents) Sierra was the employee working that day... I guess this review is more about her than the actual Starbucks. Before we were able to order she walked away from the counter without saying a thing and was gone for three minutes. When she returned we ordered and I could tell she was pretty irritated that I had brought my own cup. She told me the total and I politely asked if I had gotten the ten cents off. She audibly sighed loudly and said she was unable because she couldn’t find the coupon. She then made the drink begrudgingly and failed to add the strawberries( which are supposed to come in the drink) She was so rude I went to customer service to complain and then

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE ALLERGIES!! My friend is allergic to almond milk and she specifically asked for oat milk in her coffee. After drinking the coffee she realized her throat was starting to swell up and it became hard to breathe. It is quite obvious that instead of adding oat milk to her coffee they went ahead and added almond milk. Luckily she is fine now but we will never risk coming to this Starbucks ever again.

I went to Starbucks inside the Target in Kennesaw and had a racist experience. I was clearly in the front of the line & the heavy set cashier greeted the two white women clearly behind me and serviced them first. I just left disgusted and will never return. I have tried to call and speak to a manager.
