After a disappointing start at the Old Trail location, we gave it another shot – and the 5th Ave Starbucks came through like a critical hit. friendly service, quick turnaround, and the kind of energy boost every adventurer needs. If you’re in Naples, skip the detours and head straight here.

I never thought I would be writing a review for a Starbucks, but then again, I never thought I would be treated so well at a Starbucks. The team at this location is exceptional. After ONE visit, Aymee remembered my name, the names of my family members, and our elaborate drink orders. Each visit, she thoughtfully asked for updates on the details that I had shared about my life. In the best way, she made me feel like this was my neighborhood coffee shop and that I had been coming here for years. I already can't wait to return on our next vacation. Something tells me that when I do, Aymee will be there, smiling, asking if I still take my chai extra hot with oat milk.

OK, so I have visited a lot of Starbucks in my day, but this one ranks far and above all others as my favorite! The staff is a really great tightknit group of friendly professionals, and the drinks are always made to perfection. A special shout out to some of my favorite people there: Karen, Rosario, Brent, Ryan, the other Ryan, Sara, Bella, Alexa… what a really nice and welcoming staff. They never make you feel rushed, always engage with you in conversation, and genuinely have a good time.

Nice coffee spot right in the middle of 5th Avenue. Service is always great and helpful. I had a shaken espresso, one of my favorites.

Parking was a real challenge so we did our own drive thru by me running in to get an almond milk latte and a green hot tea. I passed on a tempting falafel convoction but will look at it next time.
