Starbucks Coffee Company

I stopped by this Starbucks location inside Target. There was two barista working and one just started so she was getting trained. I got the Venti Mango Dragonfruit for my drink and asked for light ice. The barista made my drink quick and the other person training her made sure that she put light ice like I requested. I enjoyed my drink and the customer service I received was excellent.

I absolutely love the staff here. They are always so sweet and helpful! Drinks come out made quick but doesn’t slip on quality which I love! My only complaint about this place is the manager or leader of the area. I come here quite frequently and she is always nowhere to be found. The poor girls always have to struggle on their own and when they do call for help, it seems she tries to find some reason to not go over. I understand there may be other things going on, but as a manager myself I could never do that to my crew. Other than that always love coming here and having great conversations with the crew!

The Starbucks manager likes to leave her baristas alone by themselves to deal with rushes and make them work past their time of being off. Baristas are great! Coffee is great! Manager with glasses and black hair gets a big 1 star and thumbs down.

Don't usually like going to Starbucks at stores, but needed big rig access and this had plenty. Easy on and off highway. Heads up: You don't earn bonus stars on personal cups.

Today morning we went to Target (the Starbucks) we ordered many items because we were about to eat breakfast. the cashier her name was Jena C she didn’t want to take our order because of the amount of items we were getting. It’s her job and she wasn’t doing it right. I felt as I was bothering her.
