Starbucks Coffee Company

I ordered a latte online 15:14 , then go to pick up but wasnt ready and l ask them to cancel it they told me we’re working on it. Many people walk in and order and they took in 5 mins. Yeah finally they made my coffe after waiting 26 MINUTES . They need some fast baristas for sure. This is not first time that l had this experience here.

I’ve noticed they don’t always honor their hours of operation in the morning. Especially on the weekends I work pretty close to the Starbucks location. However, I also have to punch a clock at 5:45. This is the third time I’ve came to this location a little before 530 and the door was still locked at 5:35am There were three employees inside three patrons outside waiting to get in. Unfortunately I had to leave and couldn’t order the jug of coffee for me and my airline friends. Also, when I dine its a pretty nice atmosphere, but sometimes they’re kind of slow with patrons, but I could possibly be that they’re overwhelmed with the mobile orders.

Ordered my coffee as usual this morning (mobile) but when I showed up I still had to wait when it was pretty quiet in there and most if not all the staff were standing around talking more than working. When I asked if she used heavy cream as Ordered (it looked like she used regular milk) she gave a slight attitude and said If u ordered heavy cream then it's heavy cream. I just grabbed my drink and left. Hopefully, tomorrow is a better day for her.😆

Nice place with lots of seating. Coffee and drinks are made well, service has improved over time. This is my go to store! Editting December 2024 Updated Feb 26 26 Sadly and consistently slow. It doesn't seem to matter if its swamped or empty expect drinks to be 5-10m behind your expected wait time. Evening crew needs better management, 25m for an app order, watched multiple customers walk in order and get their drinks while I waited. Out of 3 employees only 1 was making drinks, 2 others were too busy cleaning and giving me the side eye when I asked about my drink.

On my visit it appears to be a work in progress newly opened location. Service was quick and friendly. Staff was helpful in customizing my drink to my request. In general it looked clean. Plenty of parking available and it is easy access in a shopping mall.
