I ordered a Trenta Pink Drink via the mobile app. When I picked it up, I was handed a Venti instead. I politely pointed out the mistake. Instead of remaking the drink, the barista took the Venti back, poured it into a Trenta cup, and filled the rest with ice. This is not the level of service I expect from Starbucks. In my past experiences, mistakes are usually handled by remaking the drink properly or allowing the customer to keep the incorrect one. This felt careless and unprofessional. The final drink was mostly ice, which reflects exactly what happened. This was my first visit to this location and will likely be my last.

I went to this location and was unsure of what I wanted to order. The barista was very helpful and suggested the new pistachio cold brew, I said sure. Wow, was that amazing! I definitely will be coming back to this location, they were all so welcoming!

I normally enjoy coming to this Starbucks, but Tyler was by far the most disrespectful employee I’ve encountered here. He was unwelcoming and made an inappropriate comment to me. Completely unacceptable behavior. On top of that, my drink was poorly made. Management should seriously address this.

I went here 4/17/2025 after searching on Google 10 minutes prior. When I arrived ,at around 11:30 am, there was a sign on the door stating they were temporarily closed. There were employees inside talking and throwing away trash. Next time you should update you Google maps or have some kind of compensation for wasting people's time. I am very disappointed as I was coming to have a quick meeting in a safe space but to go to a random donut shop in the same shopping center.

Restrooms are checked as available on Google. But you’re paying to use the restroom. That’s false advertisement don’t let my kids have to use this restroom & defecate on themselves because they have to come back to get change even the elderly. Smh Do better. Include restroom for a fee.
