Starbucks Coffee Company

I get Starbucks daily and get the same drink every day for the past four years now Starbucks tells me I can’t get light ice and each shaken espresso. This is bad customer service and terrible business won’t be coming here if I’m forced to fill my cup up with ice. worst experience I’ve ever had. These people should be fired filled my whole cup up with ice.

Drive-thru and indoor ordering are fast, but we sometimes use mobile ordering and the drive-thru to pick up. We also enjoy our coffee inside when we have the time. The baristas we've encountered were friendly. We usually get the shop's featured drinks, but sometimes I go with my favorite and add an extra shot.

I came here with a friend who uses a wheelchair and he fell out of his chair while we were there. The employee behind the counter saw what happened and rushed over to help. The coffee I ordered was great and more than that the compassion shown by the concerned and thoughtful staff warmed my heart. It’s a bonus they have an accessible table there.

Starbucks is always a joy to visit. Either location is good. People are nice and know what they are doing.

I always customize my drinks, and this location usually messes it up. The first few times it happened, I shrugged it off because maybe they have a new worker. But after more than a year of this happening on and off, I’m starting to think the baristas are making the drinks from muscle memory and not reading the order, especially when it says to omit something and they don’t. I finally asked for a refund today, and was upset to see that even though my money got refunded, the stars I used for my drink wasn’t. Even though this is the closest Starbucks to my home, I’m going to be getting my drinks from places closer to my work.
