Starbucks Coffee Company

this store has been frequently inconsistent with my pre-orders for pickup. i usually ask for extra whip cream, extra espresso shot and cinnamon sprinkles. its not been included, and there’s fee for the extras. because i need to get going, i don’t bother to inspect and reorder (especially if long line). im being ripped off.

So extremely rude and unprofessional here. Gave me so much attitude about my drink and refused to make it how I asked and overcharged me. I have never experienced such rude and terrible customer service as the Starbucks on webster. I don’t even have the words for this experience. Don’t go to this one guys.

Horrible experience! First they didn't tell me they didn't have the jalapeno poppers I asked for with my 3 drinks. Furthermore the extremely mad white girl who screamed at me the bathroom was closed! Then the black girl with dreads said leave before I call the cops! Huh? I will never go there again

I have always had positive experiences at Starbucks, which is why I feel the need to speak up about the repeated negative encounters my fiancé and I have had at this particular location. There is a young woman who works here. She wears glasses and is consistently rude and unprofessional. Every time my fiancé or I have interacted with her, she has displayed an attitude. She speaks under her breath and seems visibly annoyed when handing out orders. Her overall demeanor is unwelcoming and makes the experience unpleasant. This has happened on multiple visits, which suggests that it is not just an isolated incident. I would appreciate it if this could be brought to the attention of management.
