Starbucks Coffee Company

I just want to shout out these employees working this Starbucks location. Came in here around 1:30-2 on the day before Christmas Eve and they were all killing it in smiles and productivity while being absolutely slammed. One gentleman told me it had been nonstop that way for several hours! Happy Holidays you guys! Keep up all your hard work, truly a joy to interact with you all today ❤️

2pm today this Starbucks had no coffee. We was told that after 12pm they don't have hot coffee. We stood in line 30 min and was told.....Starbucks doesn't have hot coffee... 😒 #awfulexperience

I went to Starbucks to order a drink for myself accompanied with my partner. There was a worker named Lindsay who gave us a warm welcome. She served us with her full attention, giving us a few recommendations. She also made our drinks and they turned out great! However I saw that when I had used my card to complete my payment and so I realized there wasn’t a option for tipping with card, only with cash. This has nothing to do with the employees, so I hope this would be changed in the future so that the company further extend support to their employees.

A server by the name of Brandon was not very professional. Also, he could not take a basic order and he was quite dismissive of my daughter who tried to place an order.

I ordered an iced matcha latte and they gave me matcha with water not milk 🤦🏾‍♀️
