wish i could leave no stars. the interactions here are always weird, nobody except the manager (don’t know his name) was personable, the girls behind the machines are always rude. what really led me to make this review though is what i got served this morning. i was excited to try the new matcha menu and i got served a brown drink with clumps of matcha powder…. i wouldn’t serve this to a dog! do better. everytime i come here its always slow service and mid drinks.

This Starbucks is no longer set up like it was years ago when you had enough seats for more than 6 ppl. I came here to meet a friend and have coffee. Only 3 tiny tables with a very hard bench style seats and 2 cushion chairs on the other side. It seems they don’t want you to spend much time inside. Also I only found 2 outlets. It does look like they set this Starbucks up for the employees because they have lots of space to use.

We stopped at this Starbucks to get coffee and food, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. From the interaction at the drive-thru window to the quality of the food and drinks, everything fell short. There was no greeting, and the interaction felt long and awkward. The cinnamon pull-apart I ordered was listed as warmed on the receipt but was served cold, and the sandwich was poor in quality. As for the drinks, they were not prepared correctly—despite requesting vanilla sweetener, the drink tasted like plain milk with espresso shots. While it’s possible this was an off day, the overall experience was disappointing enough that I would not return to this location.

This has never happened to me before at this location. I ordered a small coffee with light ice, and they didn’t even fill up the rest of the cup. To believe I paid almost 7 dollars for this is crazy. This is only about 4 to 5 sips

Latte ok and good service. The crumb cake has changed. The crumb is not as crumbly. It is more sort of mashed down. I have ordered the crumb cake many times, but I will not again. The remodel is sleek and modern. But there is limited seating and it is too brightly lit. Lots of tile, which made the overly loud music at 5:15 am even worse. My headphones with Spotify did not come near to drowning it out. This and other locations could benefit from noise abatement - some softer surfaces to dampen the echo of noise on tile and wood. This and other locations are no longer viable third spaces to meet, talk, or work in a laptop for a bit. I think that may be intentional. I spent only about 45 min there, when I planned on closer to double that. Oh, and the ship has long ago sailed on cup
