Always greeted walking thru the door, baristas staying busy, and being friendly, and rembering regulars while still being kind to other guests. Lobby clean, bathrooms clean. This review coming after my 5th random visit to this location. From a former SBUX barista, "5 Star 100% Legendary Service"
As a frequent customer of Starbucks around the country, this is my favorite location. I have a ton of family members that work for Starbucks and you’d swear this was one of the locations by how I’m treated each time I walk in. The staff are the kindest staff I have seen at a franchise and that includes ones where people know me personally. Honestly the favorite location I’ve ever been to. Great place to start off my morning
The team of ladies here this morning is amazing. I lost my order of 7 venti beverages when an idiot cut in front of me and slammed on their brakes..all levies flew all over my car! I cleaned up most and went back to buy the drinks again and they recognized me from 10 mins earlier. Gave me towels and replaced my bevies...these ladies are wonderful ! Thank you!!!!
I did leave a big tip, because it was the busy time. It was about 8:45 in the morning. However, the girl in the drive-through was curt and rushed. I was ordering my drink and she interrupted me to ask if it was hot or cold. As I was saying extra hot. I repeated my order as a skinny blonde vanilla latte. I asked for a carrier she gave me a flimsy carrier. I got home and brought my brother his drink along with the pup cup I got for his dog. I sat down to drink my drink. It wasn’t extra hot. Which I had ordered. And it wasn’t a skinny latte. I can’t have that much sugar. So my drink went down the drain. Usually this Starbucks is absolutely excellent! Today was definitely an off day.
I appreciate all the employees here!!! First off, I have a complicated order (I am so sorry *embarrassed*) but it comes out perfectly every time. They are patient and kind when I am ordering, even when my kids scream/sing from the back seat... They truly make my mornings less chaotic <3 Much love, That awkward and tired Mom
