In this store it doesn't matter what size you order, if you want little or half ice they always put the same shamelessly, sometimes they even charge $8 for the large glass while the value is $6.87 they charge a little more for that ice as long as you go in to order the

I was order "Iced London Fog Latte" but the total different than I previous order, it's tast like coconut milk with no sugar 🤣🤣(When I order, two girls don't know what's drink for this, they cannot find in their tablets,then another girl going to check the internal handle menu. Finally she got but I don't know what does she did😅😅she said because I order is no ice so she put more milk. Bad service.

The consistency here is lacking— sometimes the barista makes drinks properly, other times they’re not. Sometimes the cold brew is way too strong / not diluted from when it’s made overnight. Whoever is doing cold brew > ice> cream instead of cold brew to the second line> cream to the third> ice is not making this correctly. First world problems, I know. But I may just start making my own coffee at home.
