This location could use another employee on shift. Some of the employees seemed excessively worked with one employee throwing off vibes of a crushed soul. This review is not so much for the employees as much as it's for the management. I've seen much smaller locations with far less customer demand staff more workers. I will say I was frustrated with this experience, mostly because there was one employee taking orders, and one employee fulfilling orders. There were easily 20+ customers. No easy feat for one person to accomplish. It took about 30 minutes for a coffee, and 5 pastries. This location is known for this, and thankfully most customers are UM or EMU students studying, but for those of us going on family adventures looking for a quick snack, not such a good idea.

This Starbucks has become one of my favorite spots in Ann Arbor. The team here makes my go-to drink, the Cinnamon Dolce Latte, absolutely perfect every time—whether hot or iced. It’s the main reason I keep coming back, because I know I can always count on it being consistent and delicious. On top of that, the staff are genuinely friendly and welcoming, which makes each visit feel personal and pleasant. The store itself has a nice, relaxed vibe that’s great whether I’m stopping in quickly or sitting down for a bit. Altogether, it’s a reliable place for both great drinks and a positive atmosphere

Usually have really good service over all, love all my baristas, but more & more frequently my drinks have been coming out wrong. I unfortunately didn't notice til I got to work & didn't have time to go back & wait for them to remake it(which I know they would've) just was already running late for work. So just sharing my frustration. Everybody makes mistakes & im not mad. Just wanna bring it to their attention some of the new people maybe still need some help before getting the morning rush shifts. Otherwise overall great space & great employees.

I don’t usually go here, but it was very busy and I think I waited 20 minutes for a carryout latte. Staff was very nice.and hardworking but could not fill drin orders in a timely fashion.

My dad ordered three large dragon fruit mango refreshers and asked for EXTRA DRAGON FRUIT. When we got our drinks there were approximately 6 pieces of dragon fruit to be found within each drink. I'm not only am I disgusted but I am furious because he spent nearly $20 on all three drinks and paid for extra dragon fruit JUST for the dragon fruit to not even be in there. Absolutely distasteful.
