Starbucks Coffee Company

My experience with this Starbucks location was not great. Some of the staff doesn't have customer service at all and has an attitude. I order a drink and it came out wrong. I address to the associate Miklaia (with glasses and braids) about it and she said didn't put the extra ingredient in it but I saw her made it. She has an attitude with me about it and wanted me to keep the drink which I didn't want to. Mikalia also gossip to her other staff she was frustrated but I am the one who paid for the drink. Anyway I went back the different employee who made the order and she was great and wanted to help but I decided to get a refund instead. Do not come here and expect customer service here. It shows in the previous reviews posted here. Also I tried to call the store and no one bothers to

I pick up coffee often and the employees are fabulous! Friendly kind and helpful. It makes me happy to be greeted with such sunshine! Especially on these cold winter mornings!!!

The oddest experience in a Starbucks… Sat, July 12 2025 3:50pm I wanted a mocha frappe as always. However, the employee denied to me. He said “because we are too loud.” What? What does at mean? I said. When I insisted he said the same thing “because we are too loud.” He said that tomorrow will be available but not today. Someone please explain me what just happens? I am confused… Kind regards

ANTONIO!!!!! What an employee. Moves like an ice skater. Such a multi tasker. Enchanted by his service, quick and kind demeanor. So appreciate him for getting my travelers fast and furious.

My experience here is overall alright. The wait is a bit long and a few times I would be waiting for about a good 5-7 mins before someone actually takes my order. I believe over time wait time has actually gotten a little better. The food is overall good and the staff here is pretty much polite. I usually just come on Sundays…
