Starbucks Coffee Company

Every time I visit this location, I end up spending at least 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Even when I place my order ahead of time in the Starbucks app, it makes no difference, I still have to wait in a long, slow moving line. On top of that, the quality is inconsistent. I often order a hot drink, and the taste is never the same. Sometimes it’s weak, sometimes too strong, and overall just disappointing. It’s frustrating to wait so long only to get a drink that doesn’t taste right. I really hope this store improves its speed and consistency, because right now it’s not worth the wait.

I came to get my daily matcha. My beloved favorite worker Cynthia is not there so I was a bit afraid my matcha would come out different and it did. I am so disappointed :( it was so grassy and on top of that I asked for light ice and got very much a lot of ice. Plus the kids in there looked they didn’t know what they were doing and making a mess and having fun. I would’ve gone back to get it remade but I don’t trust those kids and it would be a waste of time since I was in a rush. Please talk to your employees about this behavior it is not appropriate.

José is the new manager as of Sept 2025 and is doing an amazing job taking over!!! He cares about his customers and his employees to a tremendous degree. As I spoke with him, he explained his new situation to me. I am so impressed with the sincerity and compassion in his eyes and voice talking with me about people! He is open to comments and if you have a thoughtful comment or words of advice, you may kindly leave them for him. He was very open to helpful recommendations from me and I am so impressed by a manager who is open to helpful feedback. The environment is also great and they even have a Pokémon spinner for Pokémon Go players!

Very busy. The decor was great. The strawberry frappe was amazing. The mint chocolate not so much. The staff couldn't keep up they were so busy, but that is to be expected being so new.

these people are exceptional, one day I left there with three drinks I accidentally dropped them in the parking lot when I returned inside the building they helped me by giving me new drinks without charging me anything, and they also gave me wet towels to clean myself up. Each time I go visit they have respect and kindness, I have admiration for their service, exceptional . 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼I also work for the public to I really appreciate the nice services and my favorite drink always delicious thank u
