Starbucks Coffee Company

I live in town and still drive out of town to the Santa Paula Starbucks off the 126 because they are so much quicker with actually having the orders out on the time they say it’ll take and have never let me down by getting my order wrong. This Fillmore location has really gone downhill since before they remodeled with hiring whoever. I went in and waited 15-18 minutes just for them to get my order wrong. I ordered 1 simple coffee. It’s the small details that make or break a customer returning back and again I’m a local! For anyone reading this passing through town just keep driving another 10 minutes and you’ll find another Starbucks that will not disappoint right off the 126! I went for the same order and it was sitting on the counter waiting for me

Fillmore Starbucks Ventura county ca. lobby is closed due a community or employee event. Please turn off costumers ability to make online orders and pick up inside at the counter. Starbucks around the county has the ability and exercise the right all the time. I had to seat in the drive thru for thirty minutes not the end of the world, but I didn’t expect to receive lukewarm coffee. If I know the lobby wasn’t open I’ve would’ve bypass placing an online order completely.

I visit Starbucks all over. I ordered a vanilla cold brew.people came and left to order. I asked cashier about my drink she replied it is in process. I waited over 10 minutes I asked again. 3rd time I was upset place was empty. I said how long does it take to make a cold brew? She made my coffee. Longest wait for a drink over 25 minutes. Management I hope u look at this location. I say this check my Starbucks reviews. I was traveling to LA this was a coffee break! I RECVD REPLY FROM STARBUCKS.I WAS TOLD TO EMAIL CORPORATE.I EMAILED CORPORATE NO REPLY FROM THEM

Grande refresher , bacon,egg and Gouda breakfast sandwich. Sandwich was hot and pretty good very tasty. Service was quick for a drive thru. Right off the hwy quick off and back on too all about 5 min

We arrived on Sunday afternoon. The place was very crowded, with many people waiting in line for their orders. I needed to use the restroom, and it was very clean.
