Starbucks Coffee Company

I came to this location on November 3, 2025 around 10am, and there was no line, but I was asked to wait for about 4 min, which I didn’t mind but found odd, as the location had no line, and no vehicles in front of me, and an empty lobby, with seemingly little to no mobile orders. I order 3 items totaling to around $20 and I hand the partner a $100 bill. The partner asked me if I had a card instead, I said no. The partner stated 5 hours into the business being open, mind you, that he can’t accept $100 bill. Again, I find this odd as the stores been open for half the day already, and yet you are telling me that you are incapable of counting $80 out, to give back to me? Then the partner was struck suddenly with a mediocre idea of a conflict resolution, which was to let me know that me I can go

This starbucks store is decent. Definitely better than the Merritts Creek and the 5th Ave locations. The coffees I have ordered are always the appropriate temperature and the taste is consistent. (The 5th ave location can make the same drink 3 days in a row and it tastes different every time)

Lobby was randomly closed on a Sunday morning after placing an online order to pickup inside. Instead had to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes. It should’ve never allowed for an order to be picked up inside of not an option. Poor service and employees were less than nice about it when calling while sitting in the drive thru.

Absolutely amazing experience, extremely friendly employees! Remember being a barista is tough work especially in the holidays 🩷

Ordered on the app, said it would be ready by 642. Wasnt reaady till 650. While waiting on it, I saw 5 people walk in, get their drinks, had to go in and ask for my drink took another 5 to 7 minutes to get it. Never had this bad of experience at this store .
