Starbucks Coffee Company

I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha in store and the barista ringed it as hot which I noticed it my receipt. No biggie approach them it’s been 20 minutes already for a drink all the barista could say was okay I can make it iced but no “ I’ll know if it’s hot or cold when the sticker comes out “ . Make it make sense. This Starbucks needs to be organized and staffed properly.

They can't ever get it right. Almost correct but not quite. If I order 2 items they can't get both right. Hot tea gets served as iced. Then the correction takes another 5-10 mins whilst my sandwich gets cold. It tells me why spend my hard earned money on crappy coffee and cold sandwichs. So thanks for your lousy service. PS. To who ever replied back. What an absurd response to my criticism. Your suggestion that 'I tell staff' of course I told your staff when the order was wrong. Did so multiple times. Then you have to wait till they figure out and debate what went wrong instead of just simply correcting it. It's not the worst service I've ever encountered but it is definitely lack luster and slow. So don't try and put your employees inabilitys to get folks order correct the 2nd and or 3rd

They valued my birthday voucher I would come here. I had the best service here and I would recommend coming here they prepared my strawberry matcha latte as a full time student they valued my time and I valued their time as well. This was my third time coming here and they do value your loyalty points.

Do people have any kind of respect or even empathy now in day? I know it was a crazy release day but if I see someone with 2 children at 3:50am(before employees) waiting for a Starbucks cup I would at least have the common sense to know that she is there because of the children and have the human decency to keep those children in mind! We walked up and saw the cups on the shelf and were very happy to be first in line… At 4:30am when the store first opened we walk in and they say they don’t have it! But my children watched as they removed them from the shelves for the employees (so sad to see my children’s faces) I know we all want them but let’s be fair, for example if your store got 2 cups sale one to the first barista to show up to work and one to the first customer in line (THAT IS HUMA

Horrible experience going to the store! Completely impossible to get your hands on any merch that drops as Barricas take first pics and are able to purchase items prior to the store opening at 4:30 AM. I arrived at the store 3:50 AM prior to the employees and saw them walk in and just store everything on the side for themselves or other family or friends. It’s pretty unfortunate and unfair that customers have to be the last priority in these situations!
