Friendly, helpful staff. Great vibe. Calm, peaceful atmosphere for getting work done, a quick lunch with friends or a coffee date. They have great hours and are open into the evening. Their options change frequently so it's worth stopping in to see what's new. Today I tried the new Carmel protein latte and it was fantastic. This years teacher gifts came with a Starbucks gift card because every teacher deserves a delicious cup of coffee, a refresher, tea or a bakery item.

Worst Starbucks. They consistently do not mix the syrups into Lattes or cold brews. I have asked for it to be stirred and it is 50/50 whether it happens. If you complain they will remake it but it continues to he an issue on the next visit. I was so excited to finally have a non Dunkin in Belchertown and end up with this supreme let dowm. I drive all the way into Ludlow when I can.

This is the only Starbucks location I’ve been to that every single visit, without fail- they don’t mix the syrup into the drinks. It sits at the bottom completely unincorporated.. every single time. It’s really disappointing.

Was close to swearing off Starbucks just hasn’t been right. Went to this location and they definitely didn’t disappoint! The staff was wonderful and made absolute perfect product! Found a new location will be coming back often.

The redesign of the parking lot was long overdue. Drinks are consistent and the drive up window staff is always friendly.
