Love the renovation. Staff is really nice. Generally drinks are ready pretty quickly. I use mobile order quite a bit. This location gets my drink order incorrect the most frequently. In the last week they’ve gotten my drink order wrong twice. It certainly is not the end of the world, but the purpose of mobile order is for the drink to be ready when you get there

This is my favourite Starbucks to visit when I’m in town. Everyone here is so cheery and welcoming at 630am. They express their gratitude and are always smiling. You can see and hear how hey communicate with their regulars and it’s so refreshing. I love that this place is still a walk-in. It feels so much more personal.

Probably the friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been to and totally made my morning! I accidentally mobile ordered to the wrong location, and Phong saw me waiting and came over to check on me—that’s when I realized my order was down the street at a different store. The whole staff jumped in to make my order right then and there. My morning easily would’ve been tarnished, but they all truly made it. Thank you!

UPDATE: ever since i left this review my coffee orders have now been messed up lol. i order the same thing every day. I hated starbucks for the longest time because the coffee always tasted burnt and just flat out gross. This specific starbucks has changed that, other than one time my coffee is always PERFECT and the employees are always positive and sweet! other locations in mt pleasant absolutely suck 😭

Monday morning - no drive through, but it was VERY busy but their staff was killin it. Elliot helped us at the counter, while pouring coffee and preparing the orders for food. We waited maybe 5 mins and I was impressed with how they worked because there were so many drink and togo orders. Great job 👏🏽
