There are numerous Starbucks locations on Rea Rd, yet Blakeney stands out as the finest among the stores. The team there is exceptional; they seem to know all their regular customers and take the time to get acquainted with newcomers. I thoroughly enjoy visiting and chatting about various topics in both my life and theirs. During my last visit, a customer came in with a drink that had been incorrectly made at another store down the road. Not only did the team apologize for the mistake, but they also remade the drink and included a heartfelt note expressing hope for a better day. I've been a loyal patron of this store for over five years, and I absolutely love seeing Kitty, Amoy, and Mun; they always brighten my day and make me feel special. Blakeney is a great place to crash on the weekend. They have beautiful patio area with lots of seating. This Starbucks locks the door that goes to the patio. I had to walk through the restaurant next door which was awkward and then on the way back I had to go through the dumpster area to avoid carrying Starbucks through another business that establishment.. out of respect. This is ridiculous. I will not be coming back

I’ve been bringing a group of kids to this Starbucks location all summer as part of a summer camp. We usually stop in the morning so the kids can use the restroom before heading to activities, and occasionally we’ve made purchases ever now and then. On our final visit this morning, one of the kids asked for a small cup of water. The staff member initially refused, stating it had to be purchased. When I expressed surprise at not being able to give water to a child, she remarked that we “come here all the time and never pay.” I clarified that we are a camp group, this was our last visit, and I’d be taking my business elsewhere. I have ordered Americano and a croissant, but got stocked for a while waiting for my croissant to be warmed up and ready. Twice I remind them about my order, and I was told that it is getting ready, without checking on it. After some time passed, I noticed that they just putting it now in a microwave. They simply forgot about my order and didn't pay attention to my questions. Seems that the personnel at this location is not trained well.
