Would never order from here again! They don’t fill up your drinks when you say no ice. You get a venti with no ice and it’s a grande. You get a grande with no ice, and it’s a small.

Had a very pleasant experience today! Even though the employees were extremely busy and there was a bit of a wait they acknowledged me at the counter and were very friendly. I have to give a huge shout out to Bry who went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly how I expected it to look and taste🥰💗🍓 She IS NOW my favorite barista & she definitely knows how to make a good drink!😋 🥰 Thank you Bry!!!! I really hope your manager appreciates you as much as I Do!!

All that matters is that the only individual working here is, Faith and they’re holding it down like a pro. It’s Extremely stressful making my 4 drinks that I ordered online while there is a 6 person line waiting. It’s not fair they’re working alone on a weekend. I’m giving them a 5 star review, not the management.

Passing through and stopped at the store and “Lolly” doesn’t listen to instructions i had to repeat my order more than once and after i had paid she got the order wrong and the sizes. Please work on who ur hiring.

We are never gonna come back to Starbucks in burley in smiths the service is bad Michelle was the cashier and was rude had an attitude rolled her eyes just mean person they didn’t even call Out our names when our drinks were ready the service was horrible then she kept saying she did t have what we wanted but mean it’s sad how this world has become full of mean people if she doesn’t like her job look for another job one but be nice to people
