I am a coffee lover. And is unfortunate that one employee is making such a strong effort in giving the worst customer service. I have been to all the Starbucks in the area and I always ask for shots of espresso over ice I do this because I love the tastes of strong coffee and I always ask for a medium cup because I want a lot of ice and small amounts of half to dilute it. This employee is always complaining because she doesn't wants to give me a medium cup, ALL the Starbucks I have been they very friendly ask me if I prefer small or medium cup. This women is very rude and unpleasant, if customer is telling you that you can charge more for the medium cup please do so and don't make me feel bad for cup. Unbelievable. I will call the manager maybe they can explain how the size of the cup aff

Very busy Starbucks location thanks to the university, but the staff have always been kind and accommodating. Thank you!
Absolute horrible customer service. My one coffee order took 50 minutes and the manager was screaming at customers for being impatient constantly as I was waiting.
I'm pretty sure they don't know how to add cream into cold brew.
