Dropped in for a coffee after a Kaiser appointment and was impressed by the staff and the friendly experience even though it was my 1st visit, I felt welcomed by Styles at the counter on this visit and I was impressed by her customer service. Styles is a real asset to this location.

I believe the overall picture of this place is a quite one well operation. The manager is on there to explain and show the other workers what their jobs are to do. It looks like a very well machine that is working just fine. They are attentive to getting the orders out mobile orders and orders that come in with a fast and effective procedure that is probably less than 20 seconds it seems like because it is so fast and efficient on getting that order out and if they happen to forget a straw or anything else it is quickly handled and the customer seems happy as they leave the place. Went on a little breakfast date with my 3 year old and the staff was so nice. There was a little extra strawberry foam from my strawberry matcha latte which was a nice treat for my son. Thank you to the employees! It was busy too!

Be careful when purchasing gift cards from this store; I purchased a $20 gift card from them that did not work. According to customer service, the card was already registered another customer. The store refused to refund or replace the gift card. Overall, a very frustrating experience

12/24/19 Great Dark Roast this morning and even better staff! Update: Came today for “happy hour” did you know they have happy hour? Get the app and you will. 1/2 price frapachinos, I had not had one in 16 years, ordered it, found my tastes had changed, it was way too sweet for me. They made me another one with half the sugar, perfect! No charge! Thank you so much... Good little Starbucks. The outside seating is what’s best about this place. Side entrance away from the parking lot.
