I ordered 3 Starbucks today ,I end up been next to this location and I needed some hot water for my hi, chai latte, and stupid lady telling me it’s only for customers, I told her I am a customer I came with Starbucks cup and I got three Starbucks. She said no only for this location customers and I need to buy something again., I said I can’t pay for hot water. She said no you have to buy something., It happened to me before I bought a Starbucks and one place then we drove to a different area and I want extra milk or extra hot water and they did it with no problem. I don’t know what’s wrong with this location with the people that work there how can she tell me? It’s only for customer if I am standing with Starbucks cup in my hands and asking for side of hot water that it doesn’t cost them n

I had to wait here to get my car serviced. The staff is real friendly and helpful, got a coffee refill while waiting. Great service. The area Canoga isn’t the best and doesn’t have a lot of seats inside but still had a good experience.

Customer service is bad . Walked in said good morning and waited for help a few minutes later someone else walked in and a girl comes from the back speaks Spanish to him makes his coffee doesn’t say anything to me. Guess I should have spoke Spanish.
