I loved the coffee and the staff was lovely. Just a heads-up that the seating area could use a little more upkeep, but otherwise a nice spot! I visited around 4pm on Saturday, wasn’t that rush.
Good coffee ☕, nice large building, service should not pick the last person in line when opening another register.
One word: paper… lids!!! I wonder if any of the great Starbucks minds that are soooo eco friendly tried siping from their own paper lids - they drip and give your drink a fresh paper taste! Dear Starbucks, your service staff is great, however, your “politically correct” marketing folks are messing up your product. Maybe do something? Like actually try the paper innovations you are suggesting?
It's a bit busy, but atmosphere is nice and comfortable setting.
My wife and I are regular customers here. The service is good. The place is very dirty making Carmel a tourist town look bad. Hopefully some would be done.
