Starbucks Coffee Company

Despite this location being inside the Harris Teeter grocery store, they actually make better coffee than the drive thru/store Starbucks locations around the area. The baristas are friendly and are much more thorough when making your beverage than the ones being rushed with a 20 car line. Plus I can grab any groceries I forgot while I’m there!

Great drive through service... also fast and efficient at the window... all the time even at rush hour with long line! Coffee taste was great and I just ordered today a Grande medium roast... Pike Place coffee. It was customized and prepared nicely. Come here all the time. Nice Location. This visit and most.... great overall experience!

I went there and just 2 customers ( me and other lady). They have two staffs( Taylor and Sienna). Taylor did a wonderful job but Sienna did not care about customers waiting. All Sienna did just acting like she work but She on the phone FaceTime with somebody during workings. Bad experience ever!!!!!

The girls making it overfilled the cup making it drip everywhere then I rightly asked her to remake it instead of apologizing gave a major attitude very RUDE service. I will buy my drink somewhere else next time BAD SERVICE.

I have no issues with challenges we face with dealing with covid, unfortunately this location had made to go orders useless. I went to the Greenbriar location and realized the line was extremely long. I then put in a mobile order for the Eastgate location assuming is pick up at the door much like Manassas does. Nope.. I had to park... In the drive thru just like everybody else though I ordered near 30 minutes ahead of time. So then after I arrived I sat in park thru for another 20 minutes because their policy is that mobile orders have to go through the same line as everybody else though I ordered 30 minutes ahead of many other people in line.
