Starbucks Coffee Company

I don’t normally take to the internet to complain about service I have experienced, but I can’t keep this one off of the internet. I stopped at the Starbucks inside the new Weis in Charlotte hall this evening on my way home from work to pick up a coffee for my beautiful wife. I arrived at 6:55 and stood and waited as another woman ordered and paid for her coffee. She had some issues with using her app so her order and payment process took a few minutes. She mentioned to the person working the register that if he’d like he could cancel her order and take mine and she could place hers after since she was having an issue with her app. He stated “no it’s fine.” And I said no worries I can wait. After she was done, she walked off to wait and I stepped in front of the register to order with the

Shame on these reviews for being so hard on the newcomers. Instead of bashing them, people should give proper advice. With new things come challenges I also see a lot of effort! The baristas who made my drink today were sweet, very knowledgeable about the drinks, understood exactly what I wanted, and were also quick. I do think there’s room for improvement when it comes to food availability and some drink availability but overall the service was great. Life is too short to sweat the small things like overpriced coffee I been to plenty Starbucks and everybody tends to make mistakes (SOMETIMES). I will be coming back!

Went in and ordered a caramel cappuccino with whip cream. They made me a Frappuccino instead. I told them I asked for a cappuccino so she remade it. I told her it is supposed to have whipped cream on it so she then added whipped cream. I got on my car and tasted it and it was horrible. I went inside of the store and told them That this was not a caramel cappuccino and she said oh you said cappuccino and I told her when I ordered it I said caramel cappuccino with whip whipped cream. She said oh well I didn’t take the order. My thing is there’s only two of you working there learn how to communicate. The attitude she gave was insane. They don’t care and don’t know what they are doing.

Was so excited to finally get a Starbucks nearby. Unfortunately even though they are never busy they have mobile ordering off every single day so I continue to go to Dunkin. You would get a lot more business if your workers would turn on mobile ordering - terrible business practices I highly doubt this location will last.

Not sure what can be done since they've already been open for 2 months and are having the same issues daily. Staff appear to be untrained with turnaround time being around 8 minutes per drink with the lobby empty. Expect to have your drinks made three times with everything but what you ordered. If you want excellent service, good drinks, you may want to go somewhere else!
