The employees are always very upbeat and friendly here. I have never had any issue with an order. Although they don't have a drive-thru, you can order ahead.

Here’s the revised version without the dialogue: I’ve enjoyed this Starbucks for years, but this morning was disappointing. The staff wasn’t friendly or welcoming. It didn’t feel like the experience I’m used to. I hope the service improves.

This Starbucks has a high number of egocentric customers who refuse to walk a few extra feet and park in the handicap spaces without a placard, just out of their own convenience. Starbucks claims to be a community business. If this is so, put up some kind of signage asking customers to respect the disabled and the law and not park in the handicap spaces right outside your door.

Each day after working out I frequent this particular Starbucks to sit down and either have a nice bowl of oatmeal or a warm cup of "for here" tea (I like the mugs). The management here has this location running like a well oiled machine. The staff are extremely friendly and inviting; they actually make you feel at home. For example, Bethany (one of the employees) she is great with memorizing names, the dish you like and has great attention to detail. To have a location that has great staff like Bethany says a lot about the management.......oh, and it's never freezing inside, so one can enjoy a good book without wearing a snowsuit.

This is the oldest Starbucks in Chino Hills yet the best service. They always add a little token to your cup. @starbucks
