Was waiting at the counter while one employee was filling an order and two others were talking on cellphones. After a good length of time, one asked if I needed something. I did respond that I didn't come in to say hi. I gave him my order only to be told that they can't give me chance for a fifty. I then canceled my order and mentioned that I really needed chance. I was then told to go to Chipotle. I said that I couldn't get a White Chocolate Mocha at Chipotle, they laughed. Very rude and the manager was just sitting there.

It’s always a hit or miss. My “venti.” Latte was a grande. Every other time I order my venti coffee it’s the appropriate amount. But this time 11/24/25 @7:50 am You only filled it halfway???? You only had like 3 cars in queue I could have waited a bit longer for you to make it the correct size. Ruined my Saturday morning:/

This location is near work so I stop here often. Everyone who works there is super friendly and I always get great service! It’s typically never too busy and there is almost always seating available inside. The drinks always come out exactly as I order them sometimes the bathroom can be a little messy, which is the only reason why I didn’t read this a five star location, not a huge deal for me.

The person who prepared my drinks had their hair in a small ponytail/bun. I politely asked if my lattes could be made with whole milk because I forgot to request it at the register, and they got upset over such a simple request. After that, they started making annoyed facial expressions and handed the drinks to me in a very rude manner. One of the coffees was clearly made wrong. There were three of us, and all three tried it — it tasted terrible. Very unpleasant person who got angry for no valid reason.

Today, 11/28/25, I ordered two feta egg wraps and paid with Google Pay. When I got home, I looked at the receipt and noticed they had given themselves a $5.00 tip, which I never authorized. Now I know why they didn't ask me to answer questions on the card reader since they had already given themselves a tip. Pretty dishonest, if you ask me.
