Starbucks Coffee Company

I’m usually not one to post reviews and especially not negative ones but what happened to me today because of a careless mistake was insane. Went to this drive thru this morning with my fiance and as soon as we were handed my watered down Frappuccino the lid wasn’t properly secured. Unfortunately we did not notice this, as soon as we drove off and I picked up my drink it spilled everywhere - on top of me, my seat, my floorboard. Honestly ridiculous that they can’t make sure a lid is properly secured to ensure stuff like this doesn’t happen to people who are DRIVING.

Caroline and the team was amazing, helpfully and outstanding service both professional and polite! Gave helpful information and was very courteous even with a language barrier! Outstanding experience and team work! They went well out of bounds to make my wife happy and address the situation!!!! Can't wait til we return!!

Literally the slowest Starbucks. I’ve ordered here multiple times and the order is always 10+ minutes later than what the app says. Usually I’d give grace but I’ve stood here multiple times and watched these people work and it’s like they’re working in slow motion. They’re super nice but, man, it’s a coffee shop— get these people some caffeine and speed them up.

i went there and place my order in the cashier, and i waited for 30-45 and turn out the system got messed up when it was my turn and i didnt even get an apology, they even made my drink wrong the coffe was too bitter and it was suppose to have whipped cream on the coffe instead of the matcha. They also put my matcha in a grande when i ask for a venti. My order didn’t even have a name tag order and i waited for so long. I am very angry and furious about what happend

Definitely did not have a good experience at this Starbucks. Went inside To place my order and stood around for roughly 15 to 20 minutes, waiting for my three drinks, two of which were the same. When I finally got the first of three drinks, I asked why am I continuing to wait for the other two and I was told “Mobile orders come first and are the priority at this location. Whatever Mobile orders come in while your order is being processed will be made and handed out before we complete yours”. With that said, I proceeded to wait another 6 to 8 minutes at least before I got my last two drinks.
