terrible. actually horrifying. i love starbucks... but i went last night and they completely ruined my drink. first off, there were out in almost everything.. i get it, we went late. however, they added almost triple amount of matcha into my matcha latte and it was like a slurry. customer service was terrible too. they were laughing and joking amongst themselves ignoring us waiting for our drink.

The younger girls there were actually really nice and took my order exactly right!! And i ordered 6 drinks and food...the only issue i had was with what seemed to be the supervisor..she was so rude to the workers thereshe kept talking down to them..I felt she was being a bit biased because they were Spanish and she was not..maybe not sure but when I came back to my car with my drinks I saw her just hanging outside for a long time talking to someone while the girls were in the store working..she was out there for a good while..

My number one pit stop when a pick me upper is needed. The staff is always friendly and engaging.

The barista admitted to taking the bead up for himself. They are meant for paying customers. Just show who they are hiring.
