Thank you for continuing to hire friendly happy baristas. I went in today and a barista by the name of Eliana took my order. I notice she is new. I love her cheerful, "Welcome In." It means more than you know coming from someone with anxiety in public settings. I frequent this cafe when I shop at Safeway because I like the baristas and the cafe atmosphere. I wanted to try a new drink today, but I wasn't sure what drink I would like. Eliana took the time to help me figure out what I might like. I am a creature of habit and stick to the same old drink, always hot. I tried the iced Chestnut Praline and it is now my new favorite drink for Christmas. Sweet and nutty just like me! Went for my usual coffee., cashier Eliana greeted me with a bright smile and was very friendly. While waiting for my order I was shockly greeted by the barista named Bri who was cleaning the lobby. She sparked a great conversation! This vibe is the reason my wife and I will always come to this store!

Environmental friendly staff that greets with awareness of hospitality with caring presentation for excellence in suggestions off the menu. 🫶 This place knows how to cool off a customer on a hot seasonal day!! It's pricey but that's why it's called Starbucks. Enjoy this location as it is a part of the creek bridge village. Seasons greetings from Starbucks! This Starbucks goes the extra mile to deliver a good experience. Only very few Starbucks serve in glass cups and not in plastic.

Not a single staff member reads the custom notes to orders for sure. its been 6 months i am ordering at this store. i always say NO FOAM on my coffee ... nobody cares
