After the renovation, this Starbucks feels completely different — cozy, bright, and very clean. It’s truly a pleasure to spend time here. Special thanks to the team: always friendly, smiling, and creating a great mood from the moment you walk in. Every time I stop by, I leave with a smile and a good feeling. Thank you so much for the great atmosphere and care for your guests!

The service here is truly excellent. The selection is amazing, and everything is prepared so quickly and efficiently. I absolutely love coming here in the morning — it’s such a great way to start the day. I was even able to get the Starbucks cup with the little bear, I was so excited to find it! It honestly made my day. The staff are always so kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Everything feels organized, fresh, and well-managed. The atmosphere is great, the service is consistently outstanding, and I always leave happy. Definitely one of my favorite morning spots.

I came in on a Saturday night about 20 minutes before closing, excited to order a Caramel Apple Spice. The store was almost empty, but the cashier was chatting with someone and barely acknowledged me. I wasn’t sure if the person was a customer or a friend, but it felt like I was interrupting a personal conversation. Another employee stepped in to help and was very polite. She informed me they were out of apple juice, so I ordered a small hot chocolate instead. When I went to pay, she said they couldn’t take cash but could take a card, which was inconvenient. After I left, i tried the hot chocolate..very bland with very little chocolate flavor. Overall, I felt unwelcome, and the drink quality was disappointing. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience needed to be shared.

ВоThe worst coffee I’ve ever had at any Starbucks. It felt like the water was some kind of technical water — a strong smell of plastic and burning. The coffee itself was basically nonexistent. It tasted like when you make instant coffee and you’re almost out of coffee, so you add just a tiny bit — completely watery, no flavor, no aroma. The smell was disgusting. Impossible to drink — I threw it away after a few sips. A complete waste of money and time, especially considering I had to drive here and wait for this order.

I stopped coming here because the staff would always forget to make my mobile order or would take very long. Staff will start chatting with each other and pretty much neglect orders….either take extremely long or completely forget to make it. I started going to the one on 101/las Virgenes and don’t have any of this issues. Today I came back to this location and surprise surprise: they forget my order. There’s 4 ppl in here lol
