Starbucks Coffee Company

Traveling from Pensacola, found two Starbucks on S Ferdon blvd each side of I-10 on the maps, the other location seemed more promising because it was hard to tell this location was real, but chose this location for convenience. So it seemed this one was new and we got coffee and breakfast as we needed. Good service.

This location has the nicest Baristas! I love them being closer to where I live! Is everything always 100 percent perfect? Not really. Baristas are human. The good thing is, you can have the problem fixed if you just ask. Their goal is a happy customer!

I sat down at one of the tables next to the wall by the long bench seats. Right off the bat you notice that the tables are very low. It seems they are lower than normal. If you try to put your elbows on the table, you hunch over! Not very comfortable. Also, you can't even find an outlet for a laptop! I bent down to find them, they are right underneath the front of the bench but you cannot see the plug when you're sitting down! You have to contort your body to find it or feel for it. Fortunately, I just happened to sit at the table in front of the main wall outlet so I used that one and that was limited by having only one spot to plug in. The service at this location is top notch. It is a great location and the outdoor vibe is very nice and backs up to the woods. We prefer this Starbucks out of nay location we have been too.

As someone who works in the service industry, I don’t hand out praise lightly — but the Starbucks I visited today honestly earned it. I walked in after a long shift, still half in “server mode,” and was immediately greeted with the kind of warm, effortless hospitality we all wish our guests noticed.
