Starbucks Coffee Company

This review is for the Starbucks at the Cross Country Mall in Yonkers, NY. There seems to be a confusion on Google. I was greeted by Anthony one of the team leaders. He knows how to take care of a Starbucks customer. He made my day by offering my coffee in CERAMIC MUG ! Great store. Thank you Anthony ! I am coming back again from the Ivory Coast, West Africa.😎

I walked in 5:30 pm no line dispute that I waited to be acknowledged. When I was finally acknowledged, the person who took my order seemed bothered that I ordered a Frappuccino. When I received my drinks, they tasted wrong. As a former Starbucks barista it bothers me when recipes aren’t followed. I completely understand if there was a long line and a person rushes to make a drink. They might make a mistake but when the store is slow carelessness, just seem wrong. I must say I stopped by this location because it’s literally on my route home. But after this experience, I would prefer to drive an extra 10 minutes further away for better customer service and a tastier drink.

10/6/25-this evening stop by the Starbucks @cross county mall location to get a treat from a long exhausting work day and order the "Mocha Cookies&Cream Frap" and received a surprise written note on my venti cup from the professional barista and his colleague. I didnt notice it until finishing up the drink on the way home. "Dina-you doing amazing". Did not expect this or being noticed. The cashier attendant was nice and helpful as well. I do apologize for not able to catch the staffs name on the uniforms, however thank you for the service and kind thought. Doing customer service is not an easy job. Respect hat to the starbucks staffs this evening.

they gave me a 24 karat dubai pistachio labubu latte. a bit demonic looking but it was buss

I like their customer service… I know they are very busy, but they need to be more careful with their food. I’m posting a picture of a sandwich that has hair in it; although it was in display but it took my appetite away . I’m scared to get food there now because I might see a hair in my sandwich too, it’s coming from a same kitchen. So I kinda don’t want to get food there anymore .Coffee is incredibly good..I can’t give up on that ..
