Starbucks Coffee Company

I love this Starbucks because they have great service and their staff very friendly. I went yesterday with 2 friends of mine and I tried the new cappuccino in espresso your coffee is always fresh and the pastries are one of my favorite items to eat when I'm at Starbucks they were very busy yesterday but each customer was taken care of and less than 2 minutes.

I was there today and Doug served me he was so nice and welcoming he made me feel like he actually cared and its amazing

I did a mobile in store pick up. Placed the order at 10:57am. Didn’t walk out with my order of 3 items until 11:20. I got to the store at 11. Every customer who walked in after me was being served immediately. Order was out in 5 minutes tops. I had 2 items out within a short amount of time. I waited 20 minutes for one drink. Didn’t even get an apology for the wait either. I tried to stay patient due to myself working in customer service. But the time is posted on the stickers. By the time I walked out with the hot chocolate it was barely even hot. It was the first thing made of the order.

Great hot dark roast coffee in the early evening. Staff very helpful and friendly. By the looks of it, Seemed to be a busy store for the area.

Not a happy camper! Second time getting a Grande Java Chip loaded with mocha syrup and chocolate sauce on my whip. Asked the girl with a mask to be easy on the sugar.. to make it not so sweet.. and it came out worse than last time.
