Starbucks Coffee Company

I come to Starbucks almost DAILY and most of the time I dont say anything, but I am tired of paying so much for a venti and this is what it looks like...shorted so much. Why do I even pay for a venti???? And $1.25 for vanilla sweet cream and I taste none.

So I do like the drinks however I added an extra expresso shot and why is it that it taste like no shot was added. Is your expresso weak because I dont taste the extra coffee? Thats the point of paying for more right

Genuinely confused why you can’t have water….. WATER! Without making a purchase! Starbucks in deland do better! Orange city Starbucks has always given me water. I am constantly ordering from deland because I work in the same plaza but the second I ask for water I’m denied because I didn’t make a purchase?! That’s crazy!

I come here every day because of the quality of the staff and the consistent quality of the iced coffee. I have visited all thee Starbucks in the area but always return to this location because of the hospitality. "Daniel" and the team are professional, kind, and anticipate the needs of their customers before they even have to ask. Our group meets here each week as well because of the hospitality and delicious coffee at this location. I only wish this team could be copy and pasted at Starbucks everywhere - keep up the great work!

I loved the service here. Plenty of parking in front of the store and a nice sitting area on the side.
