Starbucks Coffee Company

I've been coming here consistantly for 3+ months and I must say the service is excellent. The management calls me by name and as I set-up my laptop they bring my order to my sitting area. Thank you so much to the Starbucks team for going far beyond expectations.

The barista was very friendly, but I waited almost 10 minutes for a simple Venti black coffee while other staff went on break. It wasn’t until I stepped up and another barista asked me what I was waiting for that Stacey finally gave me my coffee that was sitting there. For such an easy order, that delay was frustrating. I usually tip well for prompt service, so I hope this is something that can be improved.

Well, shoot! I was all ready to give the five stars, for being up, bright eyed and bushy tailed, friendly, accurate drink, right sweetener even gave me a stir stick. And the only problem that I have is that the espresso is burnt and watered down. Everything else was wonderful, and then that was just such a letdown. At 4:30 in the morning, I was so looking forward to my 1st cup of espresso. One thing that I’ve noticed in this area and also in Yuma, Arizona is that Starbucks seems to water down the espresso and the coffee. I don’t know what is the deal, whether they just trying to stretch the dollar? I usually get my espresso in Oceanside, near where I live. It is always perfect there and flavorful not burnt and never watered down. I got an Americano, because that’s what I always get. And y

Starbucks corner of Monterey / Country Club. Disappointing experience due to staff behavior. I stopped by in the afternoon to use the restroom after having breakfast here earlier the same day. Two employees informed me there was a “one restroom use per drink” rule, which was communicated in a very confrontational and unwelcoming manner. The issue wasn’t the policy itself, but how it was handled. The interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and didn’t reflect the level of professionalism I’d expect from this brand. Management may want to be aware of how policies are being enforced at this location. This occurred on Saturday between approximately 2:45–3:00 PM on January 10.

If I could leave 10 stars, I would! Alex and his team exude a welcoming atmosphere, outstanding customer service, and listening skills second to none. If you want to experience service the way it used to be, forsake all other Starbucks in the area and come here. See if you are not writing a similar review!
