Great consistency in the quality of beverages!

Went in today and asked for a pumpkin spice latte with oatmilk — asked for oat milk because my stomach doesn’t respond well to milk. I was given a latte that I later learned did not in fact have oat milk but instead had whole milk once it reacted bad with my stomach. When I went in — the two employees working were in a rush for some reason although there was no one else in line. I also got a ham and Swiss croissant and it tasted like rubber. I usually have good experiences with this Starbucks location but today was not it.

Good to any other Starbucks. Honestly, any other coffee shop. This place is the absolute worst. Employees' priorities and attention are focused on conversations with Giant Employees, not the customer. Stood there waiting while a woman who works at Giant explained to the starbucks girl her current hotel situation with pets. Seriously?
