The lady at the window rudely told me that if I have mobile order then I should wait to join the line until it’s ready so I don’t hold up other people. Next time I’ll skip using the app and just order like normal if that’s what this location wants.

It's nice to go in and feel welcomed. I appreciate all the workers especially Gigi. I miss her at my old store but glad she's at this store to provide all who come here with her positive energy!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here. App orders are always ready quickly - though I always go in to pick them up. The staff is always friendly. Drinks are always well made, food is appropriately warmed. I’ve been here a few dozen times by now.

Staff are friendly here but they are honestly the slowest location I’ve been to. Everyone acts like they’ve got all the time in the world and are at such a chatty, leisurely pace. Going to avoid in the future.

Waited 20 minutes for a drink and a bagel. They gave me the wrong drink and served other customers who came in after me first. Place is filthy inside.
