Starbucks Coffee Company

For some reason my coffee was white, never has it been white before but I figured I’d give it a try. It tasted like milk, the sweet cream looked like I had let it sit on their counter even thought it’d been less than five minutes since it was made.

I ordered my usual drink- caramel crunch ribbon frappe with extra caramel, and extra crunch, this old lady charged me extra for both, when I questioned what was the “ Starbucks product charge” was since there’s an option to select if I wanted anything extra vs standard. She shrugged me off by saying she can’t do anything since there’s no manager on site and proceeded to walk away. Rude and unprofessional. Take your money somewhere else where they won’t try to scam you by overcharging for something free! With all these bad reviews they might want to consider to shut the place down

No customer service skills at all. My friend came in to ask for egg bites and a drink, showing pictures of what she wanted since she does not speak english well). The two high school girls were being extremely rude and nasty and kept saying they couldn’t read what was shown to them when clearly they didn’t want to work. Shocker for this new generation. You’re better off eating somewhere else

The younger guy with the cury hair and old lady with the old school pixie cut was disgustingly rude need to be retrained on customer service. Asked for light ice get my cup half full and they told me I have to pay extra to get the cup filled I asked for light ice not my cup half empty I ask for my receipt they tell me it’s in the trash I ask for more caramel drizzle on my drink like I did when I ordered and they refused to add more and told me they did put it when clearly they didnt sos to this store Starbucks is expensive enough to not being dealing with incompetent workers like this. Please refrain and talk to the workers about their attitudes especially when I was nice about the situation.
