Starbucks Coffee Company

First time to this location. Fantastic location right on rt 27 and close to many other spots. .. there is a drive through , which makes it more convenient. The shop is big. There is a good amount of space inside too. Lots of place to sit and drink a hot cup of coffee. Always a big fan of Starbucks coffee . They are much better than Dunkin. Had cortado with oat milk and it was super good. Have become a fan of cortado since the day they introduced it few months back . Regular black coffee was also good . Only thing which is always disappointing in Starbucks is their food . Why don’t they stop sellling food and just concentrate on coffee ? Their food is like airline food , - no taste , no flavor ! Couldn't resist the holiday latte! Stopped by to get the Caramel Brulée Latte!! Loved it!!! Definitely felt merry!! With my red Starbucks cup!!

This is the Starbucks close to where I live, so I go there more than any other location. Sometimes the staff is really friendly and helpful, but sometimes they’re really quite unorganized and and not customer service focused. It seems like there’s a lot of turnover of staff. Many times over the years my order has taken way longer than it should and has even been wrong, and today my daughter forgot to add a food item to our order and when I asked them if they could add it on, they made no attempt to help us, but told us we had to go to the back of the drive-through line, which was significantly long and not a possibility. According to the posted hours, this location opens at 5:00 AM. I arrived at 6:20 AM and was informed they were not serving yet. The doors were unlocked, customers were able to enter, and staff were inside working. This was frustrating and confusing, as the store appeared open but refused service.

Starbucks is my regular spot for daily coffee great service, consistent quality, and a cozy vibe that keeps me coming back.
